A hint of His majesty exemplified
The same Painter’s hand
Fashioned me, uncovered my eyes
saved me so I could shine His light
He colored me with unfathomable care
My texture, my heartbeat, my every prayer
Each stroke a message of His grace
As He shaped my bearings to see His face.
He shaded in depth and considered each detail
His splendor breathed in every inhale, this exhale.
The beauty made from this creation story
Learns to fear its Creator
Painting that yearns to display His glory
So we can be less, and Him greater

and to throw in some randominity...i love this quote about the love of Christ and His work of salvation:
“There existed no love but the love of Jesus equal to the work of salvation.
Love less divine, less strong, less gentle, could never have won your heart, uprooted your enmity, tore you from your idols; enthroning Christ, all of Christ, Christ only, Christ supremely, Christ forever!
Beloved, nothing shall take the love of Christ from you, or separate you from it. It does not ebb with the ebbing of your feelings; it does not chill with the chill of your affections; it does not change with the changing scenes and circumstances of your life.”
— Octavius Winslow, The Sympathy of Christ
